He was on time and very professional. Even though the clog only took minutes to clear. He took the time to show me all around my house to get to know how all the plumbing worked. He gave me tips on keeping bathroom drains clear, what products to buy to reduce smells coming from my shower, And how to service my hot water heater; which was a lesson in and of itself. He was a great plumber and really respected my home as well.

First thing this morning I spoke with Todd and told him what was going on…he immediately set up an appointment for Carl (master plumber) to come out and take a look/fix issue.
